6. Letter from Employer to confirm current position and monthly earnings- Wife.
7. Latest Form B / BE from LHDN and proof of payment of Tax due- Husband.
8. Latest Form B / BE from LHDN and proof of payment of Tax due- Wife.
9. Immigration Application Forms – Our Office will provide.

LETTERS REQUIRED
1. Letter from Employer appointing a Handling Agent.
2. Letter from Employer to Jabatan Imigresen announcing appointment of Handling Agent.
3. Covering Letter from Employer to Jabatan Imigresen requesting
permission to employ a Foreign HOUSEMAID.
4. Letter to Jabatan Imigresen from Non-Muslim Employer intending
to hire a Muslim HOUSEMAID.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION
1. Quotation for hiring a new Foreign HOUSEMAID – Jointly Signed by Husband and Wife.
