Prepare a daily/weekly work schedule that guides your maid on the chores that are needed to be done.

Give your maid sufficient time to adjust into her daily routine as she needs to familiarize herself with her duties as well as get along with all your family members in the house. It is common for her to be forgetful in the beginning as she is adapting to her new environment.

Valuables should always be kept safely to prevent any loss.

Show your maid that you trust her. This would encourage her to perform better.

When your maid makes a mistake, advise her on how she should improve herself. This will help you maintain a good working relationship with your maid.

Positive reinforcements such as rewards and benefits for jobs well done will also encourage your maid to perform better.
9.
Be a mentor or counselor to your maid so that she can learn from you.
